Returns and exchanges policy
You cannot exchange or return products that were sold at a discount or tailormade products, except for cases of defect. The product must be unused and in its original package.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product through email: email@example.com. Replacement of products will be made only after the product returns to us in proper condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to register with the correct shipping address and the are no refunds of shipping costs. Customer will bear the return shipping costs.
According to the Israeli consumer protection regulations, you are not entitled to refund when purchasing products at a discount or when ordering tailor made products, except for cases of defect.
There will be no refund of shipping costs. The products shall be sent back new, unused and in its original package.
